While Jang Youngsil is probably the most famous inventor in Korean history and contributed to astronomy with his inventions, he was not the only person to contribute to astronomy. Yi Sunji, an astronomer, contributed to it too. Like Jang Youngsil, King Sejong the Great respected Yi Sunjiโs contributions in astronomy.
