I didn't really understand what does it mean. When she says "daigaku jidai no baito", I thought it was her friend's baito during college, but the next "nakama" made me very confuse. Could someone help with this sentence?

友達は大学時代のバイトの仲間です。
My friend worked the same part time job as me during college.

In other words, she and her friend were coworkers.
