This is a new grammar structure for me. Is it like やります?

In this case the たり (tari) part is a particle that indicates “the action of the verb is representative of a number of actions.” It can be translates as “such things as…”
家で音楽を聞いたりします。
ie de ongaku o kiitari shimasu.
I listen to music and do other such things at home.
