Neutral

Can I use “neutral” to describe clothing?
Some people like to dress like this, not feminine, not masculine.

I don’t think I have ever heard someone used neutral in this way but, I suppose you could say gender neutral clothing. Gender neutral (insert noun) is quite common. Then there is also the word unisex.

Not really. But if you did, I would assume you were talking about colors, but it would still sound weird.

“Neutral” is most commonly used to describe countries in a historical conflict, the gear of your car, and colors that go with a lot. “Gender neutral” is becoming more common in the context of the current politically correct freak show.
