I can’t see the sentence, but I can say that “con el/ella” means “with him/her.” In contrast, “consigo” means "with himself/herself.
So:
Fui al cine con ella = I went to the movies with her.
Ella llevo el paraguas consigo = She took the umbrella with her(self)

El juega el baloncesto con ella = He plays basketball with her.

El juega consigo = He plays with himself. (Solitaire of course,
