I’ve never heard of Durex sellotape. The only Durex I know of is the brand name for condoms (contraceptives) . “Durex condoms.”
I just checked and there is apparently a brand of durex tape that is produced by an Australian company. Though I’ve lived in England all my life and have never heard of it, perhaps it does exist here but all I know is if someone mentioned Durex here they’d definitely be talking about the contraceptive.

Yea l thought the same thing. The context is that there is a guy talking about the things and materials in a classroom so he said aqui tehno um durex. Perhaps it a brand name of some usual things that is used in a classroom in peru for example they don’t say toothpaste they say commonly the brand name of the most recognized brand if toothpaste
