Case of the blind leading the blind here, but I’ll take a stab: “Make yourself comfortable?”

If you know some French… “ci si” is equivalent to “on y…”

“ci si sta comodi” = “on y est à l’aise” = you’re comfortable in it

“ci” here refers to the car. You could translate it as “in it”.
“si” is an impersonal pronoun, there’s no real equivalent in English.

I really don’t know how to explain it in English, all these little words are indeed tricky and it’s hard to properly translate them. I guess you’ll just have to develop a feeling of how they work.
