Mahesh vollständig wieder= nearly completely again??? What does it mean?
It looks to me like you made a mistake in the title. The word ‘mahesh’ does not appear in the lesson. I assume you are asking about the first sentence

I guess the best translations in this context are ‘to reproduce’ or ‘to translate’. I would translate Vera’s sentence as
“Here, I reproduce a give an almost complete translation of a blog post from Steve’s blog”
A more direct translation would be
“Here I reproduce a post from Steve’s blog almost entirely”
