Is an Altweibermarkt the same as a “flea market”. Or is this something different - a craft fair, perhaps?
In this case, it is the proper name of the square in Langenfeld where the police station is located.

In another context, it could also be a flea market taking place on the “Altweiber” day, i.e. the Thursday in the carnival week.
