I have been wondering, s’assois, what does that mean? I do not find it in the verb conjugator in French?

It means he sits down, the infinitive is s’assoir. Also there seems to be a second infinitive form, s’asseoir, I don’t know the difference between the two, if there is a regional difference or is it that one is more common then the other.

Edit:

I googled the difference between the two, here is a explanation.

“Les deux orthographes sont possibles. Dans les dictionnaires et la pratique de la langue écrite, “s’asseoir” continue de s’écrire avec un “e”. Toutefois, depuis 1990 et la réforme de l’orthographe, l’absence de “e” n’est plus considérée comme une faute et peut même servir de nouvelle norme pour les générations futures.”

The gist of it is that both are acceptable but that in writting the e version is more common. After a spelling reform in 1990 omitting the e is not considered a grammatical error.
