Interesting search. :slight_smile: What part of a pulley system is referred to as a “tackle block”?
In American football, to block someone means to stop them from doing something like running, catching or throwing. Someone can be impeded by tackling them. So a tackle block in terms of the sport (American football) would be a player propelling his body into and on top of an oppposing player, thereby impeding the opposing player from doing anything.
