“Prdelka” is a diminutive form of “butt”. It’s a word guys use in a sexual context to refer to female butts, and yes, “hladová” means “hungry”. I don’t know where you found the expression “hladová prdelka”, but I am pretty sure it had the word “porn” somewhere in it…
Edit: Oh, I see it’s related to a lesson… I have no idea who came up with that “fairytale”. Honestly, I think someone just sneaked a hidden sexual wordplay into a lesson here :). “Krásná kočička” = “beautiful kitty”, but also “hot chick (girl)”; “mluví s ptáky” = “talks with birds”, but also “talks with cocks (penises)”.
