Do you know what this word means? I tried using a dictionary but that didn´t work.

Hi, here is what the word means:

skloňovat = decline (perfective aspect - means unfinished ativity)
vyskloňovat = decline (imperfective aspect - means finished activity)
nevyskloňovat = not decline (imperfect aspect)

So the sentence “… nějaký slovo nevyskloňujete nebo nevyčasuje …” means “… you will dectline some word incorreclty…” or “…you will not be able to decline some word…”.

Just small comment: “nějaký slovo” is a colloquial expression, correctly is “nějaké slovo”, because slovo is neuter gender.
