I cannot find any information regarding this word or its variants. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Do the definitions at http://www.almaany.com/ar/dict/ar-ar/ help any? Depending on where you are you might look for a copy of https://www.amazon.com/Olive-Tree-Dictionary-Transliterated-Conversational/dp/9657397065/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1481032162&sr=1-1&keywords=olive+tree+dictionary in a library. I’ve been considering investing! in a copy, but I really wish someone would find a way of subsidizing an online version.

Yes as Taml suggested Almaany is the best online dictionary so far and it is really good. You can browse the website in English too. I myself an Arab and use it.

مفش is actually not فصحى but a dialect. It mean “there is no”.
For example, there is no milk. مفش حليب

I am really not sure about this, but I would say it probably does not have.
But anyway they do have a forum to post questions about meanings and so on.
