Hi. Why is the “Who is she?” read in a dialect, in stead of following the proper MSA rules when it comes to pronunciation?

Because the voice actors have a certain accent when speaking MSA. No one speaks MSA as their native language; we all learn it in school and from television, so only some people(journalists who speak it in the news, Arabic teachers who teach it, imams who give their Sermon in MSA etc) will speak it 100% right.

Looking through “Who is she” in MSA, there seem to be grammar mistakes too. Which is a little disappointing given that readers of “Who is she” want to learn to speak proper MSA but most of us native speakers don’t speak proper MSA so…
