Typo: Shouldn't it be Écoutez?

This seems to be very wrong. I am pretty sure it should be with an É. Imperative: (vous) Écoutez from the infinitive: Écouter. Am I right that there might be a typo? Otherwise, please explain. Thank you.

Your question has been already answered in another thread. For the sake of completeness: the usage of accents on capitial letters varies. It is recommended but, partly for historical reasons (the first typewrites could not write capital letters with accents), not always done.
