What does this mean? I can’t find this word in any dictionary.
I guess it means “to shoot” or “have been shooting”. The phrase is rather complicated here.

Literally it means: to shoot through so that the bullet creates a hole in the target, goes through it, and comes out from the other side.
eg. I got shot through the wrist a few years ago. Przestrzelili mi nadgarstek parę lat temu.
But it also can mean missing a penalty in a football match.
This grammatical form of this word means something like : “having shot through” I guess.
