What does mean " tough call " , I can't

What does mean " tough call " , I can’t find a right translation in my language ( italian ), I only found the literal translation, but it cannot be right, i believe to understand the sense, but i was wondering if it is an idiom isn’t it?

A tough call means “a difficult decision” or a “hard decision”. A decision that’s hard to choose from, or is difficult to choose what to do.

Sure, no problem. Depends on the points you’re talking about.

If you’re talking about your Activity Score points, then you can just click on the LingQ icon on the top left of the Page, once there, look to the right under your avatar character and you’ll it.

If you’re talking about the Avatar points, then just click on the yellow coin icon on the top of the screen in the middle.

If you’re talking about the LingQ points which are used to purchase conversations, tutoring sessions, etc, click on your name at the top right, go to Settings, and then on the left there is a tab called “Points”.

I believe you can do both. I haven’t done either, so I am not completely sure on it.
