I have made quite a few private lessons with resources added. When I open the last two of these, the resources are not visible even though they show when I open the lesson in ‘edit lesson’ format.

Are you referring to the notes you created? You can access those by clicking on the Notes button under the lesson title beside the Pinyin button.
