How to get rid of LingQs of the Day

Hi team,
how can I get rid of the LingQs of the Day (for both email and iOs app notifications)?

I remember that I disabled such an option before last site’s update, but now I cannot find any place now to set it again.

Using a web browser, click your name at the top of the page, then choose Settings and then Notifications.
