Issues with Uploading Lessons

I’ve been trying to upload an import in French with audio for two days now. I’ve restarted my computer several times, tried different wi-fi networks, but no luck. Is there something going on on your end that might be causing this? Cheers, Christian.

@CTaylor - I don’t recall any other reports of this issue, so I’m not sure what would be causing this. When you try uploading the audio file are you receiving an error or is it just timing out? Is there anything showing in the error console in your browser?

It’s just spinning it’s wheels trying to upload and nothing is happening after half hour, etc.

@CTaylor - In that case, a look at the error console would likely give some indication on what’s happening here. Please open up the error console (instructions here: Using The Browser Error Console - Garden Gnome) then try this again and see if any errors are showing up. If you can take a screenshot and email it to us (support [at] lingq.com) that would be most helpful.
