Adding a new provider

When creating or editing a course, there used to be an option to add a new provider in the drop down provider box.

How does one now add (create) a new provider?

@pmilone - I don’t remember the option on the Edit Course page, but this is possible on the Edit Lesson page: http://screencast.com/t/4KLVZrtYI
