Can't downgrade account, International Sever Error

Hello all. So I tried to downgrade my account both last night and this morning but every time I press the “lower status” button on the popup window (it comes up as “Status verringern” on the German interface) another popup comes up saying “Internet Fehler (error, Internal Server Error)”. I take the fact that it says internal server error to mean that theres a problem on your side ;P.

Please try to fix this asap, I don’t wanna have to pay for May after already having deleting my Lingqs and stuff! Thanks.

@osaieh - It looks like your recurring payment has already been canceled, so your account will be downgraded automatically at the end of your billing cycle. I double checked and can assure you that you won’t be charged again.
