Is Jung and Braun first names?

Is Jung and Braun first names?

They look like surnames to me.

This is correct. The first names are Anna and Tina, their surnames are Jung and Braun.

Is there any situation in which one would say Herr/Frau + First name?

I know this only from really old-fashioned books (from the 19th century or older).

What you find sometimes is using the first name and “Sie” for example teachers in High school use this. Example: “Anna, kommen Sie bitte mal zu mir.”
