It probably means “high school student”. The kanji is 「高校生」
Edit: it’s an abbreviated form of 「高等学生」(koutougakusei), which has the same meaning.
高校 means 高等学校.
生 refers to 学生, 生徒, or 児童.
高校生=高等学校生
中学生=中学校生
幼稚園生、小学生、中学生、高校生、大学生、大学院生。

This is why Japanese can’t do away with Kanji. It’s too hard to read without it.
