My tutor made me to learn some words at every lesson. But, is it possible adding these words in LingQ to review them ?

You could make a lesson or more lessons of these words. Then you import these lessons into LINGQ and you can review the words.
Each lesson has a feature where you can review the words only in that lesson.
When you get your conversation report from your tutor you should see an “Import” button on the report. Just click the button and the tutor’s comments and notes will be imported as a lesson. Otherwise, you can add words anytime on the Vocabulary page. Just click the Import Vocabulary button.
