Vocabulary import using text box (not CSV file upload)

Does anyone know if we can add linqs/words with definitions using the vocabulary import text box? So far I can only get it to add the terms but not any definitions (and the CSV file upload doesn’t work beyond a max of 20 terms - and even then doesn’t work often). Would be grateful if anyone has found a work around (my next attempt will just be adding the words via lessons and then adding the definitions manually - but with 20,000+ terms to do, I’m keen to hear if anyone has found a more sufficient route despite the website’s current tech problems)

not sure it matters much but is anyone getting a couple of ‘syntax error - check Twitter for update’ error messages a few times a day?

i am experiencing the exact same issue. I’ve been playing with the terms one at a time and removing them because I’m not sure how to format the definition. I will follow up with you if/when I find a solution.

@ryan1992 Thanks for your patience with this. I provided the CSV file you sent via email to our developers and will let you know as soon as I have more information. Hopefully we will have it figured out soon!

With manual importing on the Vocabulary, you can only import Terms, not translations, tags or anything else.

Thanks, we’ll check that too.

Is it foreseen in a future version ? I am learning dutch, and when having a verb in the past form, I would really like to lingq the infinitive verb also…

We’ll see if we can improve that in the upcoming update. Appreciate your feedback!
