Unable to go to 'next page' or 'complete lesson'

Since this morning I can’t go to the next page when reading a lesson in ‘page view’ and I can’t complete a lesson if the lesson consists of only one page. Both the ‘arrow’ to go to the next page and the ‘check mark’ don’t seem to work. (In sentence view the ‘next sentence’ arrow is working properly, but I never use this viewing mode.) This problem occurs as well when using Google Chrome as Microsoft Edge. At the moment I’m only able to see the first page of each lesson.

I do hope that they alert us when they believe that they have completed fixing this problem. I am having the same issues.

I have a similar issue but not exactly the same. When trying to go through my list of vocabulary words and trying to mark some as known, it begins freezing on me once I reach vocabulary beginning with the letter “I.” In fact if I go to “I,” it moves me back to “H” automatically.

Sorry about that, everyone. We will push a fix soon!

Hello Zoran. Any idea when this ‘fix’ will be pushed? Third day in a row I’m not able to use Lingq because of these problems.
Lingq isn’t some freeware application. People pay enough money to access it and to be able to use it.

@Ge_Ve I asked our team to look into it again. The issue should be fixed, but I noticed them some users are still complaining.

It is the same issue with me today and yesterday. Very annoying. I have to refresh the current page in order to go to the next page of the lesson. Hopefully, fix it soon for us.

This issue is still definitely happening on FF. If you click the checkmark at the end of a lesson, it becomes unresponsive. The whole page remains unresponsive unless you refresh.

Still not working, but thank you very much for contacting the tech team! Sometimes reloading the page in my browser (Chrome/Brave) will let me advance to the next page.

Thanks again!

Issue still ongoing this morning on Edge AND Android.

Sorry again, everyone. We figured out the issue and we will push a fix soon. Thanks again for your patience!

Hello Zoran, has it been fixed as of now?

This is still broken for me, it’s pretty annoying as I don’t have that much time to read each day and this really kills my momentum.

Yep, can’t go past the second page of a lesson for me. Also half the time I can’t create any lingqs.

It’s more than a week since I haven’t been able to use Lingq because of these issues and it still isn’t fixed.
People pay money to be able to use Lingq. This is no longer acceptable.
When will this problem finally be solved?

@Ge_Ve Sorry! The paging issue has been fixed, but lesson complete one isn’t yet. We will push a fix for that one too very soon. Thanks for your patience, and once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Don’t forget the lesson count is broke
