End of subscription and refund

@batuhanengin Sure, I took care of it. Your account will be downgraded after your current paid month expires.

Me too. I ask you to change my Tier to FREE.
I’d do it myself, but there is no such option!

BTW, in my account section it’s promised to downgrade the plan automatically:
Current Tier: Vacation (changing to Free on March 10, 2021)
BUT LingQ has already charged me 2$, 4 times, so I’m not sure this time.

Love LingQ and plan to renew my subscription in the future.

@MarinaFM I took care of it, your account will switch to FREE level after your current Vacation month expires.
Btw during the downgrade process you’ve activated the Vacation plan, there is an option to downgrade to Free during the downgrade flow.

Could I also cancel my subscription and get a refund on unused months? Just to clarify, there’s nothing wrong with LingQ, it’s the best tool I’ve ever used. But now I’m ready to learn on my own.

I got this mesage when I tried to downgrade my subscription
"To downgrade you must have fewer than 5 imported unshared lessons. Delete imported unshared lessons until you are below this limit then downgrade again. "
I dont know that it means… please cancel my subscripcion before I have pay for march tier as well.
