1.03 (R) Overview of assessments and activities

Overview of MOOC assessments and activities There are a variety of graded assessments and self-assessment activities for this MOOC: Assessments To complete this MOOC, you will be required to complete four assessments, which consist of three written assessments and one multiple choice quiz. Written assessments in this course are peer-reviewed. This means that for each assessment, marks will be given according to a list of criteria by two of your peers (other students in the course). You will also be asked to read and mark two of your peers' assignments on the same criteria. We ask that you treat this process respectfully and with careful consideration of the marking criteria. Activities You are also encouraged to participate in the self-assessment questionnaires in this course. There are a number of self-assessment questionnaires in Weeks 1, 2, 4 and 5. These will provide you with feedback about various aspects of your own mental health, including a Flourishing score, and various symptoms related to stress, anxiety, mood, sleep and alcohol use. The questionnaires do not provide a clinical diagnosis, but may suggest the need to use a health professional. If you agree to your data being used (anonymously), we would also like to use these responses for research purposes, and this will be explained further this week.
