You will have the opportunity to take the full test later in this course. Right now, simply read the fact sheet and reflect back on your life. Next, identify two character strengths listed here that you feel have significantly contributed to your own well-being and achievement. Write a specific example for each that illustrates how using this strength helped you increase happiness, deal with a challenging situation, and/or work toward an achievement. Review criteria less Peers will review this assignment by confirming that two character strengths were identified, described, and clearly contributed to well-being or achievement in each participant's personal experience.
