I'm Craig Wortmann, and I'm a Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kellogg Graduate School. I'm the founder of the Kellogg Sales Institute, and I'm also a three-time entrepreneur and CEO. I'm a venture partner at a venture capital firm in Chicago and an author of a book called "What's Your Story" that looks at how leaders and salespeople inspire others with their stories. The most important thing to know about me is that I'm proud to be a salesperson. I love this stuff. I've been working in and studying sales for over 20 years, and I've worked really hard to pull apart the knowledge, skill, and discipline required to be a high-performing salesperson. And in the different roles I get to play and I've played over the years, it's been a fascinating journey to understand how these components fit together. It's a great passion of mine to share this with you and to help you understand, adopt, and take action on these critical things to become a high performer.
