VALENTINA w BETH #2.1
Hi Valentina! that was another really really nice session with you I really enjoyed hearing about the different types of food that you and your family liked to cook.
Especially with the pasta I will definitely be buying myself a pasta roller to try making some pasta.
I thought I would tell you a little bit about the national dish of Scotland which is haggis.
It's a kind of… um….
it's like parts of a sheep so it's the liver heart and lungs of a sheep and it's minced and mixed with some oatmeal and onion and other spices and then it is kind of all packed together.
It sounds a bit disgusting but it's actually quite tasty and we eat that with turnip and potatoes and that's our traditional dish.
I'm a vegetarian so I normally have the vegetarian option but it's really really nice so maybe you could try and find some if it's possible in Slovenia to try and taste some.
