ISTVAN w PETRA #4.1
So now I know that you are more into business related videos and usually watch these on English Central.
We watched some videos where you could check how to use “How are you?
” politely in a business context and that the best way to reply to it is “I am fine, thank you” or “Great, thanks”.
Of course, it is useful to ask back in a conversation “How are you?
”.
The other interesting video we watched together was about the different forms of saying “Thank you”.
For example, if I say “Thanks for the coffee” you can say “Sure thing”.
If I say “Thank you so much for this opportunity”, you can say “Don't mention it”.
Or if you say “Thank you for the English lesson”, I can say “It was my pleasure”.
