Trying to cancel paid membership
I went through all the steps of trying to downgrade to a free account. At the last step, it won't allow me to delete my data. I'd like to cancel Premium as soon as possible and get a refund for the unused time. Thanks for your help!

You did cancel your subscription successfully and your account is scheduled to drop to the Free level on January 13th, 2023 after your current paid period expires.
Your last payment was made back in January and is no longer eligible for a refund, sorry.
