I wanted to cancel my subscription which was suppsoed to be renewed on January 28th, but the site gave me a prompt offering me to switch to a pay 50% of the subscription price for 3 months plan, which I ultimately decided to opt for. But now it says in my profile that on January 28th my tier will be changed to Free, even though my subscription costs 7.99 CAD. So which is it?
I checked your account and I can confirm you did everything properly. You will be charged 7.99 CAD next 3 months.
