Remove/Delete Audio Issue

I am trying to remove audio from a lesson, but it does not appear to be working. I’ve used the remove audio button and the file disappeared from the left hand side, but the actual audio file is still attached to the lesson and appears on the lesson itself at the top as well as the course audio playlist.

Could someone let me know how to remove the audio? Thank you!

Thanks! You are correct, removed audio is still there. We will investigate that.
