My payment screen isnt working

I tryed to buy the premium and put all my card information, after click ''play now'' it happend:

''an error has occurred while processing your request. Depending on the type of error, it may be automatically logged and reviwed by our team so please retry your request in a few minutes. If you are still getting this error mensage after a few minutes, please email us at the email''


Im trying it all day, and didnt receive an email back, does anyone knows how to fix it ?
