Locked Account

I have just created a new account for the purposes of creating this thread so that my issue can be solved as soon as possible please.

I had a LingQ account using the username ‘Tourminator’ which was created in 2015 . This account was registered with the email ‘******’ which also had lifetime premium access for French. It had tens of thousands of lingqs created as well as a handful of thousand known words. Now I haven’t used this account in a while now, perhaps even a year or so.

However, when I attempt to log in to this account, I get this message: " Please enter a correct username or email and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive."

In May 2020, I sent an email to the support team however I have had no response whatsoever. I have not forgotten my password. But even if I had, when I attempt to reset my password, I do not receive the email for me to actually change/reset it. Can this reset password link be sent to my email please so I can sign-in to my account.

Just for reference purposes I did not close or delete my account. And I did indeed fully pay for lifetime premium French. All I want is access to my account, as it was, because I put a lot of time and effort into it as well as money!

Thanks for reading and hope you can help!

Hello,
I just checked your email and you did emailed us on May 8th. I replied to you on the same day with login details for your account.
Your PREMIUM account username was changed by you from “Tourminator” to “Zestman”. In my reply on May 8th, I also reset your password manually and sent you login details.
On the same account, you were unsubscribed from our email system, and that’s why you weren’t receiving reset password emails. I have subscribed you back, so you should be able to reset password successfully now.

Thanks Zoran, it’s fixed now. Much appreciated indeed. I guess me being unsubscribed from the mailing list was the problem. However, I don’t know how my password changed.
