Keyboard Shortcuts are malfunctioning

Hi Team,

Im on Mac OS 10.14.6 on both Chrome and Safari, the keyboard shortcuts have gone really buggy of late. The arrow keys either stop working altogether, or they only work on one page, and won’t jump to the next appropriate word on the next page. Pls check and fix this. Thank you!

I’ve got the same problem with the arrow keys not jumping to the next page. I’m using Firefox on Windows 10.
