How many days off on LingQ am I allowed so that I won’t lost my streak? Many thanks
none - to keep your streak up you have to read every day.
If you loose one day, you can repair your streak with coins. two days you are doomed!

As mentioned in other replies, to maintain your streak, you need to meet daily goal regularly. You can use coins (5000) to fix your streak in case it gets broken, but you can only fix it when there is a maximum of 1 day break.
