Developers are on it and we will push a fix soon, hopefully within next 24 hours. Sorry about the delay.

same for me. Been close to a week now and Netflix is my main source of learning with lingq. Hopefully it’s soon

This was due to an update in Netflix. Language Reactor had the same problem but seems they fixed it now.

Hi! I am in the same state. It’s very troubled.

Same here, I was able to patch the plugin locally. Now I can import stuff from Netflix, but the titles are defaulted to “Netflix”. I just update the lesson names in lingq and I can still get my learning in

Any tips on how to do that for a someone illiterate in computers? I finally found a show in my target language with accurate subtitles and want to try importing it!

How would I do that? Is it quite technical?

I am in the same state.

Fix no longer needed!!!

After you navigate to the episode / movie you want, open up the developer tools f12, navigate to the console, and then paste the following (You will need to do this with every episode, but the extension will import the subs):

Great! Worked for me

Any updates on this?

I was bored and decided to patch my plugin locally, now everything is working as expected.

Inside of the handleMessage function you need to update the trid assignment. The element it is looking for has been moved.

Now, the fetchVideoTitle function needs to be updated to point towards the correct element. I modified the logic a bit, because I am lazy and don’t normally write JavaScript.

Is this Spanish?…

Haha, this is just me complaining their developer is taking too long. I have never written a chrome extension but I was still able to make it work in less than a few hours. It’s been broke for almost a week.

Couldn’t get it to work last night - I’m not sure what exactly I’m doing wrong. This is for chrome, yes?

EDIT: I’m an idiot and didn’t press “enter.” It works now, thank you!
