I have tried to downgrade my account and it takes way more problems a dificulties than the upgrade process to become premium.
When i get to the final option an add popup notification says you cant downgrade your account because you have more Private lessons than allowed for Free accounts. You need to have 5 or less maximum before you can downgrade.
I deleted those private lessons and tried again and it keeps showing some unknown problem and it’s not letting me downgrade my account. I want a free account, can you please downgrade my account so i dont have to be charged again ?
I checked your account and I can confirm that you have cancelled your subscription successfully today. Your account will be downgraded to FREE level after your current paid month expire, on April 14th.
