Error: tags: Invalid value. Netflix error code

Whenever I try to get subtitles off netflix while using the browser extension I get this, " Error: tags: Invalid value."
and then it doesn’t work. Please help.

Great that you are looking at it. Hope you can help. Having the same problem. It used to work great but now I am having the same problem. Using Google Chrom and I get the same message as the thread opener.
