I have tried to downgrade my premium account to free by clicking the button “change plan”, but it has said that it would be free only one year later. Could you please help me to downgrade it to free immediately? I won’t use Lingq any more; therefore, I don’t want to be charged at all.

Since you already paid for a 12-month subscription, your account will remain as Premium until the end of the paid period. Your account is marked to changing to Free on June 13, 2023, 11:41 a.m.
@suomisvenska Just an update here. Your latest payment hasn’t went through yet and it was on past due. I have just canceled that payment and your account has dropped to the FREE level now. You won’t get charged.
