About "Exchange Tip"

“Exchange Tip
Don’t forget to award points to the members who respond to your request. If it’s an Open Request, feel free to wait for additional responses before awarding points.”

I received a piece of e-mail. Don’t you think that this “Tip” is strange? This tip is by no means relevant to not-open, or “closed” request.

"Don’t forget to award points to the members who respond to your request. "

In the cases of the Private Request, awarding points is done automatically, so this message is irrelevant. In addition, does the message ask the member to award points to ALL members who respond to the request if it is an Open Request? I think that this message is misleading and may occasion some misunderstanding because it might happen that only one tutor’s response is worth rewarding and the other responses are going to get no points. Of course, not all “consumers” have reliable knowledge of the quality of the “service” they want to purchase.
