how to upload audio from podcasts

hi all!

Say I want to make a course of podcast content. I have the podcast on my Apple Podcasts app. How do I get the file from there to upload as I don't know the file path? Or is it easier to go to a website? Sometimes the website seem to only have the podcast as playable on the page (not downloadable.) I tried to copy the link to the podcast page but that didn't seem to work, so it seems there is something I don't know how to do.

Look for the rss feed, which will have a list of all of the filepaths. Sometimes it takes a bit of googling to find it. But search for something like "[your podcast] rss feed."

I would love to know this too. There is one episode of a podcast that has been made into a lesson and it was so helpful, I'd love to be able to do more with the rest of the series.

Also, unfortunately I realized I don't know how to break up an audio file too fit a lingq lesson
