Extremely dissatisfied.

I simply want to cancel my account and it is appalling how difficult Lingq has made this. I should not be greeted with several pages of offers only to be told I need to delete a bunch of lessons in order to downgrade to free. This is really poor business practice. I was only planning to cancel and thought I might come back at another point but this has been a significantly negative experience. I just want to delete the account now and even after deleting everything I could find in my account, I'm still being told I have to have 5 lessons or less to downgrade. Great way to lose a customer permanently.
