Error Importing from Netflix

Hello! I'm trying to import a movie from Netflix using the chrome extension but am getting this: "Error: No appropriate captions found"

I saw in an old forum this was a common error but don't see the solution. How can I fix this?

The original audio is in European Spanish & the subtitles have two options "European Spanish" and "European Spanish [CC]". Both give the same error.

I'm new. Please help :)
