Downgrading my plan

I have been trying to downgrade my subscription plan for a long time and I always get an error message that the page can’t load, Therefore, I can’t downgrade my plan, I feel that lingq is doing this on purpose to keep me paying for their services.

I would like to have someone from lingq downgrade it manually to the free subscription plan. It isn’t normal that I can’t do it.

Sorry to hear that! We are definitely not doing it on purpose.
I checked your account and you did actually cancelled your subscription successfully. Your account will drop to Free level after your current paid month expire on December 15th.

If you get the same error message again, make sure to take a screenshot and send it to support(at)lingq.com
